The successful candidate will work with an experienced team and consistently promote the company's key values – Professionalism, Integrity, Respect and Trust.You will be responsible for:Assisting the Strata Community Manager with the day-to-day management of the portfolioProviding support to our clients, which may be owners, onsite caretakers or committee membersDocument preparation prior and post meetings through an electronic cloud-based platform - agendas and minutesHigh volume client interactions - emails and phone callsDistribution of correspondenceAttending meetings,
