This role would suit an experienced Retail Manager who is ready to take the next step into a Centre Manager position or an existing Centre Manager looking to further develop their career with a business that truly invests in its people.Key ResponsibilitiesManage budgets, forecasts, CAPEX, and financial reportingOversee lease renewals, tenant billing, rental arrears, and debt recoveryCoordinate maintenance, repairs, inspections, and WHS complianceBuild strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and local stakeholdersManage the day-to-day operations of shopping centres, ensuring high standards in presentation, safety,
