The opportunity
We are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Support Coordinator to join our team in a dynamic, this role is adaptable and could suit a someone looking for school hours, or looking to work 4 days a week.
Key Responsibilities
Support Coordination managing participant caseloads, providing high-quality support, and coordinating services.
Support participants in navigating their NDIS plans, accessing services, and working toward their individual goals.
Build solid relationships with participants, families, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
Maintain clear, accurate, and timely documentation of participant progress and support plans.
Collaborate with the team to provide a smooth handover of support coordination responsibilities as you develop your skill set.
About you




We are looking for a motivated individual who is passionate about making a positive impact.
The ideal candidate will be someone who is eager to grow in our organisation.
Key qualities we are looking for
Currently studying or recently completed studies in a relevant field (e.g., Social Work, Community Services or Disability Support).
Experience within the disability or community services sector.
A keen interest in learning intake processes and building skills in participant engagement.
A positive, compassionate, and adaptable approach to supporting participants.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
NDIS Worker Screening Check, Blue Card, Police Check and a valid driver's licence.
