you will:Provide dedicated support to children accessing Inclusion Support Subsidy (ISS) fundingFoster inclusive, engaging, and responsive learning experiencesBuild positive relationships with children, families, and colleaguesWork collaboratively across different age groups and learning environmentsAssist the wider centre team where required to ensure high-quality care and educationSupport a positive, safe, and nurturing environment for every childAbout YouYou will have:A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)A current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)A genuine passion for supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeingStrong teamwork and communication skillsA flexible and proactive approach to supporting educators and children across the centreWhy Affinity Education?
