As a fully integrated poultry producer, we operate feed milling, farming, hatchery and processing facilities — and our workshop team plays a critical role in keeping everything moving.
We are seeking a qualified Welder/Fabricator to join our Workshop Team.
This is a hands‐on role suited to a skilled tradesperson who enjoys variety, problem solving and being part of a supportive, down‐to‐earth team.

About the Role
Reporting to the Welding Workshop Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Reading and interpreting drawings and specifications
Welding and fabrication of new and existing components
Repairing machinery, plant and farm equipment
Operating workshop machinery and tools
Inspecting and testing welded structures
Maintaining workshop equipment and safety standards
Contributing to a safe and productive team environment




You'll work across a variety of projects that directly support our operations.
About You
Relevant Trade Qualification as a Welder/Fabricator (essential)
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
Experience across welding and fabrication processes
Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)
Strong attention to detail and problem‐solving skills
A positive attitude and team‐first mindset
Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
This role requires good physical fitness and the ability to work in workshop conditions.
