Reporting to the Senior HR Advisor, this role will primarily be supporting our Goonyella and Blackwater operations.
Some of the responsibilities of the role include:Prepare and issue standard employee correspondence, as directed by the Senior HR AdvisorSupporting our project and office teams with a range of HR activities that fall within the employee life cycle, such as onboarding, investigation and disciplinary processes, talent & succession processes,



maintaining HR records and databases and setting up and maintaining reporting dashboards for our leadersWorking closely with the Senior HR Advisor on culture initiates for our projectsThis role will require travel to our projects in Queensland.About You:Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or a related discipline (preferred)2 years' experience in a HR administration or officer roleExperience using HR systems such as SAPComputer literacy is essential, including the Microsoft package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Self-driven with the ability to think proactively and innovativelyStrong interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skillsWorking at BUMA:BUMA's people are the key to our success.
