We are looking for an experienced Security Supervisor to join our team in Marrickville, NSW.
As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients' properties and assets.
This is a full time position that will see you play a key role in the ongoing success of our business.
What you'll be doing
Supervising and coordinating the activities of security officers on site
Conducting regular patrols and inspections to monitor security and safety
Responding to and managing security incidents and emergencies
Maintaining detailed security logs and reports
Ensuring security team members comply with company policies and procedures
Providing guidance, training and support to security officers
Liaising with clients and other stakeholders as needed
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Security Supervisor or in a similar leadership role
Demonstrated knowledge of security systems, processes and best practices




Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
Current security licence or certification
Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
