What you'll be doingPlan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate learning programs that align with the Early Years Learning FrameworkCreate a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment that fosters children's curiosity and love of learningObserve, document, and assess children's progress, using this information to individualise learning experiencesBuild strong, positive relationships with children, families, and the wider communityCollaborate with colleagues to continuously improve teaching practices and the overall learning environmentEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and proceduresWhat we're looking forA Certificate 3 or Diploma of Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualificationDemonstrated experience as an Educator,
