Are you an organised Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment?
We're looking for someone who can confidently manage multiple priorities, keep mobilisation activities on track, and ensure candidates are site-ready for deployment.
Working within a busy recruitment team, you'll coordinate the end-to-end mobilisation process, liaising with candidates, clients, recruiters, medical providers and training organisations to ensure every placement is compliant and ready to commence on time.
About the Role
This is a hands-on coordination role supporting high-volume mining recruitment across multiple projects.
You'll be responsible for ensuring candidates progress through every stage of mobilisation efficiently while maintaining exceptional communication and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end mobilisation for current staffSchedule and monitor medicals, drug and alcohol testing, training and inductionsManage site-specific compliance requirements and onboarding documentationLiaise with candidates, recruiters,



clients and external providers throughout the mobilisation processMaintain accurate records and ensure all compliance documentation is completedResolve mobilisation issues quickly to minimise delays to project start datesProvide regular updates to internal stakeholders and hiring managersSupport recruitment administration as required
About You
To be successful, you'll have:
Previous mobilisation or recruitment coordination experience within mining, resources, labour hire or constructionStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsHigh attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solvingExperience working with compliance documentation, onboarding and workforce mobilisationThe ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team
