Maribyrnong City Council is seeking a Community Development Homelessness Officer to lead outreach, navigation and referrals for people experiencing homelessness in Footscray and the wider Maribyrnong area.You will support the Advance to Zero framework with Launch Housing and partners, coordinating real-time data, case coordination and service responses to reduce rough sleeping and improve outcomes for vulnerable residents.
