We pride ourselves on providing high-quality, person-centred support and are looking for dedicated Support Workers who share our commitment to making a positive difference.About the RoleWe are seeking reliable and compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our growing team across the Liverpool, St George and Macarthur regions.This role involves providing person-centred support to NDIS participants in their homes and the community.
Supports may include:Community access and social participationPersonal care and daily living assistanceDomestic assistanceTransport to appointments and activitiesMedication assistance (where appropriately trained)Supporting participants to achieve their individual goalsAccurate documentation and progress notesWe are looking for support workers who are committed to building long-term relationships with participants and can maintain consistent, ongoing rosters rather than accepting occasional one-off shifts.About YouYou are someone who:Is reliable,



punctual and professionalHas excellent communication and interpersonal skillsIs passionate about supporting people with disabilityCan work independently and as part of a teamIs flexible and committed to providing consistent supportUnderstands the importance of participant choice, dignity and independenceEssential CriteriaMinimum 1 year of experience in disability support, mental health, aged care or a related support roleCurrent NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)Current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)Current First Aid CertificateCurrent Australian Driver LicenceReliable vehicle with comprehensive insuranceKnowledge of the NSW Disability StandardsAbility to work flexible hours, including weekdays and weekends where requiredPreferredCurrent National Police CheckExperience supporting participants with complex needs, mental health or challenging behavioursWhy Join Right On Care?
