Lead a kitchen where food truly matters.
We're seeking an experienced and motivated Kitchen Supervisor to lead a small, dedicated hospitality team in a modern, purpose-built aged care environment in Castle Hill.
This is not your typical kitchen role you'll be part of a team that understands food is a core part of dignity, comfort, and quality of life for older people.
Working in a brand-new, fully equipped commercial kitchen, you'll take ownership of daily operations, lead staff, and ensure residents receive nutritious, high-quality meals tailored to individual needs.

Your impact
You'll play a key role in enhancing residents' daily experience by ensuring meals are:
Nutritious, appealing, and tailored to individual dietary needs




Compliant with IDDSI texture-modified standards
Delivered consistently with high standards of food safety and presentation
You'll also:
Lead and support kitchen staff in day-to-day operations
Manage stock, ordering, and inventory control
Oversee rostering and workflow planning
Maintain compliance with food safety and aged care standards
Promoting dining with dignity
About you
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (essential)
Experience in aged care, healthcare, or high-volume catering kitchens
Strong leadership and team supervision skills
Confident managing stock, rosters, and kitchen operations
Passion for delivering high-quality meals to older Australians
Requirements
Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
COVID-19 vaccination compliance
Full Australian working rights
