As a Casual Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing, stimulating environment where children can learn, grow and develop.

We support and emphasise the rights and best interests of the child as paramount.Key responsibilitiesProviding high-quality, age-appropriate care and education to children in line with the National Quality Standard and Early Years Learning FrameworkPlanning and implementing engaging learning experiences and activities that promote children's physical, social, emotional and cognitive developmentMaintaining a safe, clean and welcoming environment that encourages exploration and learningBuilding positive relationships with children and families, ensuring effective communication about each child's progress and wellbeingSupporting children's transition and settling periods with sensitivity and careSupervising children's play and activities while promoting independence and social skillsFollowing health,



safety and hygiene protocols to ensure the wellbeing of all childrenContributing to team meetings and career development opportunities as requiredResponding flexibly to casual shifts as they become available.Have the flexibility to be available up to 5 days a week, and across the service's operational hours of 6.30am to 6.30pm.What we're looking forA valid Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent qualification recognised in Australia)Current First Aid and CPR certificationPositive Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain one)A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their developmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsThe ability to work collaboratively within a team environmentFlexibility and reliability in responding to casual work opportunitiesUnderstanding of the National Quality Standard and Early Years Learning FrameworkExperience working in a regulated early education and care setting is advantageousAvailability to start as soon as possible.About usBelieve Early Education is a dedicated early childhood education provider committed to fostering a love of learning, curiosity and confidence in every child we support.
