We are seeking a Catering Lead Hand to assist with the day-to-day co-ordination of the Patient Catering team at John Flynn Private Hospital.
This is a Permanent part-time chance with a Global Health Care Company!
About the role
Supporting and assistance to our patient catering team under the direction and instruction of the Food Services Manager.
You will lead a team of other highly motivated catering assistants and collaborate with the Food Services Manager on rostering and training of the team.
Skills and Experience
Recent experience in the catering department is desirable
Relevant experience leading a team is desirable
Effective interpersonal and communication skills
Customer service face to face and phone
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently when required
Maintaining food hygiene, a clean working area and safety practices
Availability across a 7-day roster, including morning and afternoon shifts
Ability to implement change as required
