You will provide care to your palliative care clients living in the community, supporting their end of life wishes and improving their quality of life.Spending your time on the road completing scheduled visits, interacting one-on-one with clients within their homes supporting with daily activitiesIn home personal care, daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry and ironingProviding care in accordance with their individualised Care PlanSupporting with community based recreational and social activitiesTransportation and assistance with shopping and appointments.We encourage our team to be creative and enjoy themselves while contributing to our success.

Individual Support or an equivalent qualification - EssentialCurrent Australian Driver's Licence (Green Provisional minimum) - EssentialRoadworthy & insured (Third Party Property minimum) vehicle to use for work- EssentialExperience with technology incl.
