Bradnam Group is seeking an organised and proactive National Fleet Officer to join our Group Fleet team based in Zillmere.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a permanent part-time position (30 hours per week) supporting the management of our national fleet of vehicles across multiple business locations throughout Australia.

Previous fleet experience is beneficial, but not essential, we're looking for someone with exceptional organisational skills and a willingness to learn.
About the Role
Reporting to the Group Fleet Manager, you'll provide administrative and operational support across all aspects of our national fleet.
You'll play a key role in ensuring our vehicles are managed efficiently throughout their lifecycle while maintaining compliance with company policies and relevant legislation.
This role offers plenty of variety and the opportunity to work with stakeholders across the Bradnam Group.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the complete vehicle lifecycle, including vehicle orders, deliveries, collections, lease extensions and disposals.
Provide timely support and advice for fleet-related enquiries from employees and stakeholders across the business.
Administer and maintain our Geotab telematics platform, including reporting, user management and troubleshooting.
Coordinate fuel card administration and monitor usage and reporting.
Manage vehicle registrations, traffic infringements and fleet compliance activities.
Coordinate motor vehicle insurance claims with insurers,
repairers and internal stakeholders.
Process fleet-related invoices, documentation, logbooks and payment requests, ensuring accurate record keeping and support for FBT reporting.
Build strong relationships with suppliers, service providers and internal stakeholders while identifying opportunities to improve fleet processes and systems.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in an administration or coordination role.
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and confidence learning new software systems.
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
The following would be highly regarded but are not essential:
Experience in fleet management, vehicle leasing or transport administration.
Experience using telematics platforms such as Geotab.
Knowledge of fleet compliance, vehicle registrations, insurance claims or financial administration.
