Bar Manager | Lucia Roche Estate | Hunter Valley
Lucia is looking for an experienced Bar Manager to lead one of the Hunter Valley's most exciting new bars.
You will shape the bar culture, develop the team and deliver a beverage experience built around Italian hospitality, quality cocktails, local wine and premium beer.
About the role
Lead day-to-day bar operations and service delivery
Recruit, train, mentor and motivate the bar team
Build beverage knowledge and service capability across the team
Maintain cocktail quality, consistency and presentation standards
Manage ordering, stock control, stocktakes and cost management
Assist with rostering and labour management
Ensure RSA, licensing and workplace safety requirements are followed
Drive beverage sales through exceptional service and product knowledge
Work closely with the Venue Manager, Restaurant Supervisor and Head Chef
What you will bring
Previous Bar Manager or Assistant Bar Manager experience




Strong cocktail preparation and beverage knowledge
Wine knowledge is highly regarded
Confident leadership and team-development skills
Strong organisation, stock control and cost-management capability
Current NSW RSA certificate
Availability across evenings, weekends and public holidays
