Our systems, processes and work environment are set up in a way to ensure our staff can work flexibly to complete their best work and have a work-life balance.Job DescriptionThis is a flexible role available as a casual/contractor or part-time with the prospect for a full-time role.Provide Speech therapy services through NDIS and Aged Care, in clinic, off site or in the clients homes.Key Responsibilities:As a Speech Pathologist, you will:Provide high quality assessments and treatment and improve patient outcomes by implementing the best evidence-based practice.Development of individual,



evidence-based treatment plans and goals to address any deficits identified in these areas ensuring best practice and person-centred care planning for clients and participants.Be able to work independently and efficiently.Be able to solve both clinical and non-clinical problems in day-to-day work.Be confident with clinical reasoning skills across a variety of conditions.Responsible for liaising with patients, families, doctors and other allied health professionals.Key Requirements:To be successful in the role, you will need:Full AHPRA registration and professional liability/public indemnity insuranceNational Police Check (or willingness to obtain)Be able to understand new systems and processes in an efficient manner.Demonstrate a passion for continuing to learn and grow in both a clinical and non-clinical perspective.A commitment to a high level of customer service to your clients and customersExperience working with NDIS or aged care residents (Preferable but not essential)What to expect from us?
