Key Leadership Role - Large Operational Site - RockleaOperations, Infrastructure, Transport, Facilities, Safety LeadershipAttractive salary package - Early start/ 5am on siteIn this busy role at this large high activity operational site, your honed Operations & Safety Management skills will be fully utilised and your solid leadershipand people skills will be appreciated.Reporting to the Head of Property and Operations, you will manage operations and safety compliance activities across a diverse site involving infrastructure, transport, facilities, contractors and daily large volume activities.With strategic skills and a hands‐on working style, you will build relationships, can communicate and influence at all levels, challenge when needed, and drive accountability.Key ResponsibilitiesBe visible, ensure site activities are coordinated safely and efficientlyWork with other managers, supervisors and contractors to maintain safe workflows and prioritiesOversee day-to-day operations and risk management, identify hazards, and bottlenecksFoster continuous improvement and implement safety initiativesLead incident and operational investigations and root cause, manage corrective actionsManage access control, compliance with site requirements, and associated activitiesManage contractor activities, site access, inductions, permits and work controlsReview, implement and enhance operational procedures and safety systemsOversee and manage site traffic flow, vehicle, plant and pedestrian interactionsContribute to operational planning,
