This role coordinates and progresses these projects from an early stage through to profitable order intake, in cooperation with the Regions, by maintaining and expanding relationships with strategically important building owners, property managers, consultants, builders and contractors.

Brand new purpose-built office in Alexandria with onsite parking or 4-minute walk from Mascot Station.Key Accountabilities:Develop and maintain relationships with key personnel from specific client organisationsManagement of existing customer relationships and maximising customer experienceUnderstand and manage both comprehensive and non-comprehensive service contracts to achieve portfolio growth, set targets and expand existing customer accountsAct as the interface between our customers and internal stakeholders to ensure resolution of any customer issuesCoach and mentor service teams nationally to deliver a tailored customer experience to key clientsEnsure compliance to required procedures and behavioursWhat we are looking for:Stong Experience in sales, marketing and / or operational management, ideally in the vertical transportation or similar industry serving the construction industry.A degree or diploma in any marketing, building, engineering, construction or business-related discipline.The successful candidate will be solution focused with strong communication and influencing skills.Previous operational, business development / key accounts sales and contract management experience preferably in a service-related industryDemonstrated experience facilitating operational and sales requirements for internal and external stakeholders.About Schindler:Schindler Lifts Australia is part of the Schindler Group, one of thetop elevator companiesin the world,spanning 100 countrieswith more than64,000 employees worldwide.
