Reporting to the Group Commercial Manager, you'll partner with stakeholders across the business to deliver timely, accurate and insightful performance reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis that supports strategic decision‐making.

Based in Malvern with hybrid working, you'll be part of a collaborative finance team focused on continuous improvement, data-driven insights and business growth.What You'll Be DoingPlanning & BudgetingSupport the development of multi-year business plans and annual budgets, including cash flow and balance sheetPartner with stakeholders to build financial models that support organisational strategyMonitor the financial health of the business, provide insight into variance analysis and collaboratively develop recommendations on future actionsProvide input into financial risks and trade-offs impacting business decisionsCommercial & Performance ReportingSupport the development and delivery of regular business performance reporting and variance analysisUtilise business intelligence tools to drive frictionless, data-driven reportingMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs),



identify root causes and provide actionable insights that drive accountability and performance improvementSupport board reporting and key stakeholder financial information requirementsPartner with leaders across the business to help interpret financial resultsForecasting & Commercial InsightSupport the rolling forecast process across the business, including cash flow and balance sheetMonitor performance against forecast, communicate variances and recommend future actionsConduct scenario analysis and financial modelling to guide business decisions and illustrate trade-offsBuild collaborative stakeholder relationships to improve forecasting accuracy and engagementFinance Team SupportProvide financial modelling and analytical support for strategic, capital and investment decisionsContribute to finance improvement initiatives and data-driven reportingAssist the broader finance team with analysis, reporting and ad-hoc projectsAbout YouTertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance or a related fieldCPA / CA / CIMA (or working towards)3+ years' experience in management accounting, financial analysis or commercial financeStrong experience producing management reporting and enterprise-wide budgeting and forecastingExcellent financial modelling and analytical skills, with strong problem‐solving and creative thinkingKnowledge of accounting and finance regulatory, compliance and reporting requirementsConfidence communicating financial insights to non-finance stakeholdersA proactive,
