You will provide direction, remove obstacles, support your team and ensure plans translate into successful outcomes on site.What we're looking forYou are an experienced delivery leader who understands how to lead both projects and people in complex, high‐risk environments.You may come from a background in heavy lifting, cranes, rigging, temporary works, major construction, infrastructure or engineering.
More importantly, you understand the realities of project delivery and know how to convert plans into successful construction outcomes.You may already know Marr.Perhaps you've worked alongside our crane crews,



partnered with our Construction Manager, or delivered projects where Marr provided specialist lifting solutions.
