As an experienced SIL home NDIS Support Worker, you will know that we need employees who are adaptable to work AM and PM shifts.
Availability on some weekends is a must.
We have a rotating roster available that includes day shifts, evenings and overnights.We need you to be able to assist our clients with their daily routines and skills, such as Community access, medication, personal care, domestic duties, etc.
Manage accurate and detailed shift reports, incident reports and progress notes.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team.Skills needed:Provide high-quality and timely care support to all clients as directed by SoteriaDocument service activities that support service outcomesDocument behaviour management where applicable and complete thorough shift handovers with fellow employees.Assist clients in carrying out all self-care tasks as requestedProvide transport for medical and social appointmentsProviding services in a culturally appropriate mannerEnsure that there is always adequate food for the clientEnsure relevant food handling regulations are adhered to, and Work Health and Safety (WH&S;)
