With a high-volume, fast-paced finance team, we're looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer who thrives on accuracy, organisation, and meeting deadlines.About the RoleReporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for the end-to-end accounts payable function, ensuring supplier and subcontractor invoices are processed accurately and paid within agreed timeframes.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic construction environment and is passionate about providing outstanding internal and external customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess high volumes of supplier and subcontractor invoices.Match invoices to purchase orders and supporting documentation.Verify invoice approvals and resolve discrepancies.Liaise with Site Supervisors,



Construction Managers and suppliers regarding invoice queries.Prepare weekly/fotnighlty/monthly payment runs.Reconcile supplier statements and investigate outstanding items.Ensure compliance with Security of Payment legislation and company payment procedures.Assist with the onboarding of recent subcontractors.Assist with maintaining subcontractor compliance records and ensure documentation remains current.Assist with month-end accounts payable reconciliations.Support the wider finance team with administrative duties as required.About YouPrevious experience in an Accounts Payable position (construction industry experience highly regarded).
