Warehouse Assistant - Permanent Part-TimeTake ownership of stock replenishment in our friendly Burleigh Heads warehouse, working Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.About AlimasyAlimasy is a growing Australian-owned brand creating colourful, practical and high-quality backpacks, lunch bags and accessories for families across Australia and New Zealand.We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Assistant to join our friendly small team at our Burleigh Heads warehouse.About the roleThis is a hands-on warehouse position with primary responsibility for managing our backstock - the large cartons of products stored on our warehouse racking - and ensuring our picking shelves are regularly and accurately replenished.You will have plenty of independence and the opportunity to take ownership of your area, organise your workload and make the role your own.
Because we are a small business and warehouse team, reliability, punctuality and a robust work ethic are essential.The regular working hours are 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with the opportunity for additional hours during busy periods.Key responsibilitiesManaging and organising cartons of backstock on warehouse rackingMonitoring stock levels and replenishing picking shelves as requiredSafely operating a hydraulic lifting machine to access stock stored at heightLifting,



carrying and moving large cartons weighing up to 20 kgAssisting with unloading shipping containers and incoming deliveriesParticipating in stocktakes and inventory checksHelping to identify and resolve stock discrepanciesAssisting with picking and packing customer orders when requiredMaintaining a safe, clean and well-organised warehouseWorking collaboratively with the wider warehouse teamAbout youWe are looking for someone who is:Reliable, punctual and committed to consistent attendancePhysically capable of safely lifting and carrying cartons weighing up to 20 kgComfortable working at height using a hydraulic lifting machineA self-starter who can work independently and manage their own workloadOrganised and able to maintain accurate stock locationsProactive and willing to identify what needs to be doneA positive team player who is happy to assist wherever requiredSafety-conscious and comfortable working in a physical warehouse environmentAble to follow instructions while also taking ownership of the roleLegally entitled to work in AustraliaPrevious warehouse, inventory or stock-replenishment experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
