As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our clients by providing compassionate, person-centred care and support tailored to their individual needs.
This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the local community.What you'll be doingAssisting clients with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeepingAccompanying clients to appointments, social outings, and community eventsProviding emotional support and companionship to help our clients maintain their independence and quality of lifeDelivering services in a way that promotes the client's rights, dignity, and wellbeingCollaborating with the client, their families, and the broader care team to ensure a cohesive and effective support planAdhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and legislative requirementsWhat we're looking forA genuine passion for working with people and a commitment to making a positive difference in their livesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clientsPrior experience in a similar support worker or care-related role,
