Over the course of the years, Seadar Contractors have carried out high-quality work on numerous projects of varying complexity while building up the experienced workforce, capable of delivering formwork, concrete and steel fixing packages in the infrastructure and civil engineering sector.
We are currently looking for suitable Civil Engineer to secure, long-term work on these projects.POSITIONS AVAILABLE IN SYDNEY, CANBERRA, ADELAIDE & GOLD COAST.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesLiaison with future clients to acquire new tender offers.Analysing project documentation and determining construction methods, materials, and quality standardsReview design consultants' drawings and integrate into a project.Preparation of detailed bills of quantities and accurate estimations.Communicate on project progress, unusual concerns, and plansWorking on effective/accurate site work programs and implementing variations if necessaryEncompass operational, quality,



environmental and safety aspects within the programControl over various projects at the tender stage through to completionEnsure compliance with project documentation and OHS&E; regulationsControl over cost and coordination of site activities, organizing and directing site labour workforce and the delivery of construction materialsOrganize field work and assign technicians and staff specialists to tasks, plants, and equipment and establishing detailed programs for the coordination of site activitiesExecute the whole project in a cost and time effective manner.Skills & Experience Qualifications:Degree qualified EngineerExperience:Position available for graduate to gain experience in the construction industryPrior experience working with Sydney based Civil Contractor preferred but not necessaryExperience in working with a wide range of professionals/tradesSkills:Ability to work autonomouslyGood understanding or architectural, structural and civil drawingAbility to form a good relationship with a clientGood work organization skillsJob Type: Full time Salary: $90,****** - $130,****** per year
