We are seeking an experienced and professional Practice Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy and growing Orthopaedic practice.This is a hands-on role that combines practice operations, patient experience, administration leadership and business support.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the practice runs smoothly while delivering exceptional service to patients, referrers and stakeholders.About the RoleAs the Practice Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operational management of the practice, supporting both clinical and administrative functions to deliver a seamless patient experience.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day operations of the practiceOversee and support reception and administrative staffMeet, greet and assist paediatric and adult patients and their families, ensuring a welcoming and skilled experienceCoordinate surgical theatre bookings and procedure schedulingManage theatre billing processes and liaise with hospitals and health fundsOversee appointment bookings and patient flowManage practice stock levels and order medical and office consumablesMonitor and improve administrative systems, workflows and procedures (Genie)Maintain relationships with referrers, hospitals,
