Excavator Operator / Skilled Tradesman - Civil InfrastructureIronbuilt Infrastructure is a growing civil construction contractor delivering infrastructure projects across NSW, including sewer pump stations, sewer rising mains, water infrastructure and major civil works.We are currently seeking an Excavator Operator / Skilled Tradesman to support our civil infrastructure projects based in the Illawarra and across the NSW region.About the RoleThis is a hands-on role suited to someone who is comfortable both operating machinery and assisting with civil construction activities on site.Key responsibilities include:Operating excavators for trenching and civil worksWorking safely around existing underground services and utilitiesSupporting civil construction and infrastructure installationMaintaining high-quality work standards and safe work areasWorking closely with site supervisors and civil crewsWe are particularly interested in candidates with experience in:FormworkPlumbing Sydney Water accreditedCivil infrastructure worksUnderground services installationSkills & ExperienceTo be successful in this role, you will have:Proven experience operating excavators on civil construction projectsExperience trenching and working around underground servicesStrong attention to detail and safe work practicesDriver's licenceAbility to work effectively as part of a civil construction teamWhat We Offer$40-$45 per hour (depending on experience)Ongoing work on civil infrastructure projectsOpportunity to work on major infrastructure projectsSupportive and skilled team environment
