Are you an administrator with a keen eye for detail who is looking for a rewarding role?
Our supportive, collaborative and dedicated team are looking for on administration officer on a permanent full-time basis.
Our AdministrationTeam require an enthusiastic and motivated person to join our expanding admin team.
This role will see you working at front desk being the first friendly face people are greeted with when entering the Hospital and working at the back of department at the switchboard or in data entry.

As an Administration Officer your responsibilities will include:
Perform a broad range of administration duties including:
Answer and redirect calls
Organise appointments and prepare admission paperwork
Conduct follow up requests and make reminder calls for visits
Maintain accurate and effective record management systems including preparation of medical records
Perform Health Fund Checks as required
Manage the collection of excesses/co payments
Coordinate with staff from other departments
Complete other clerical tasks such as data entry
Authority to Work in Australia
Working with Children check
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Experience in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
Works well independently and within a team
Flexible to work a variety of shifts
WebPas Hospital system experience (Desired)
Have a few years Administration experience
