Working alongside an experienced production team, you will play a key role in the construction and assembly of formwork used in precast concrete production.If you are reliable, hands-on, and take pride in producing quality work, we would love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role,



you may be required to:Construct and assemble formwork for precast concrete productsRead and interpret drawings and measurementsUse hand and power tools safely and effectivelyCarry out repairs and modifications to existing formworkWork closely with production and yard teams to meet production deadlinesMaintain a clean and protected work environmentFollow all workplace health and safety proceduresAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will ideally have:Previous experience as a Formwork CarpenterExperience within precast or construction environments (highly regarded)Strong attention to detail and workmanshipReliable work ethic and positive attitudeAbility to work independently and within a teamCommitment to workplace safetyRequirementsCurrent White CardCurrent Driver LicencePrevious formwork carpentry experienceAbility to work overtime when requiredFull Australian working rightsWhat We OfferPermanent full-time employment directly with our clientCompetitive hourly rate + allowances & employee benefitsStable, ongoing work environmentSupportive team culture
