We are seeking a skilled Architectural Draftsperson to join our team.
The successful candidate will support the design and delivery of construction projects by preparing accurate and compliant drawings.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare 2D and 3D architectural drawings using CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit)Interpret design concepts and develop detailed plans, elevations, and construction drawingsLiaise with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure design accuracyUpdate and revise drawings based on feedback and project changesAssist in material selection and documentation of specificationsEnsure drawings comply with Australian building codes and standardsSupport the preparation of documentation for council approvals and constructionRequirementsAssociate degree or Advanced Diploma or Diploma in related fieldAt least 3 years' relevant experienceProficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD and/or RevitStrong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building systemsKnowledge of Australian building codes, standards, and council requirementsAbility to interpret architectural designs and technical specificationsStrong attention to detail and accuracyNoteOnly applicants meeting the above criteria must apply.
