Fire Services Queensland (FSQ) – Brisbane QLDElectrical Fire SupervisorLocation:Brisbane, QueenslandCompany:Fire Services Queensland (FSQ)Employment Type:Full-Time, PermanentThe RoleWe are seeking an experienced and hands‐on Electrical Fire Supervisor to join our growing team in Brisbane.
In this role, you will lead and support a team of fire services technicians, overseeing service delivery, quoting, tendering, installations, inspections, and day-to-day operational performance.This is a key leadership role where you will be responsible for ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with client expectations, contract requirements, KPIs, and relevant compliance standards.
You will work closely with technicians, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure high-quality outcomes across fire services works.The ideal candidate will bring solid technical knowledge, proven leadership capability, and a practical understanding of fire services, maintenance, installation, and service delivery environments.

and optional yearly paid flu vaccination vouchersAdditional employee benefits including novated leasing optionsPaid parental leave & volunteer leaveSafe systems of work and supportive leadershipOpportunity to lead, mentor, and develop a skilled technical teamJoin a respected fire services business backed by the strength of BGISWhat You'll Be DoingLeading, mentoring, and supporting a team of fire services technicians and apprenticesOverseeing daily service delivery to ensure works meet KPIs, client expectations, and contract requirementsSupporting quoting, tendering, and installation works across fire services projects and maintenance activitiesConducting site inspections, reviewing works, and ensuring quality standards are maintainedProviding technical troubleshooting and guidance to team members where requiredApproving timesheets, monitoring performance, and supporting team productivityRunning toolbox talks and promoting safe work practices across the teamBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultantsPreparing reports, attending client meetings, and supporting agenda preparation and minutes where requiredEnsuring all work is completed in line with company policies, safety requirements, and relevant regulationsResponding to operational changes, urgent works, and emergency service requirements as neededIdentifying opportunities for continuous improvement across service delivery, team performance, and client outcomesYour Skills, Experience & AttributesTrade licence and demonstrated experience within the fire services industryProven experience leading, supervising,
