What You'll Be Doing
Delivering high-quality carpentry across luxury residential builds
Reading and interpreting plans with confidence
Working closely with Site Managers and experienced trades
Maintaining exceptional workmanship and site presentation
Assisting in coordinating subcontractors and site activities as you progress towards a Leading Hand position
Contributing to projects that set the benchmark for premium residential construction
What We're Looking For
Qualified Carpenter with residential construction experience




Experience in custom or high-end residential projects is highly regarded
Strong eye for detail and pride in producing quality work
Reliable, motivated, and professional attitude
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Driver's licence and own tools
Someone looking for long-term growth opportunities into site leadership
