You'll inherit a large portfolio and lead a capable team of 4 (2 onshore, 2 offshore)

Your time will be split approximately 60% client-facing and 40% team leadership.With a pool and gym in the building you will be given a gym memberships and have access to free parking in the building.Your responsibilities will be:Managing a diverse client portfolio across government, construction, hospitality, transport, medical, IT and SME clientsLeading client relationships and delivering advisory-focused outcomesReviewing financial statements, tax returns, and maintaining quality across the teamOverseeing workflow, delegation, and team performanceIdeally you will be:CA or CPA qualifiedHave a background in Business Services within public practiceTechnically strong and comfortable reviewing and completing complex workConfident working directly with clients and building long-term relationshipsWilling to remain hands-on across advisory and more complex engagements
