About the role
As a Systems Analyst, you'll support the administration, optimisation and governance of enterprise platforms to ensure reliable service delivery and a great user experience.
Additionally, you'll:
Administer enterprise SaaS platforms including user access, permissions and system configurationMonitor system performance, licence utilisation and platform compliance requirementsManage incidents, escalations and root cause investigations to minimise business disruptionSupport platform upgrades, releases and change activities,



including testing and risk assessmentsIdentify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance system performance and user experienceBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors and delivery partners to support business outcomes
About you
Experience in systems administration, telephony administration or enterprise SaaS platformsRelevant platform certifications such as Genesys, Salesforce or SAP ESM will be highly regardedStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex issuesExperience supporting business-critical applications and managing competing prioritiesExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
