Our open-kitchen concept lets customers watch the craft while enjoying premium service.We are seeking a part time / full time Gelato Maker to prepare fresh gelato on-site and support a high-quality customer experience in our Bondi Beach and Melrose Park shops.Key ResponsibilitiesProduce and prepare gelato to premium quality standardsMaintain visual presentation and cleanliness of the preparation areaCoordinate with the retail team to support smooth service flowManage ingredient inventory, portioning and daily production schedulesEnsure food safety, hygiene and product consistencyRequirementsExperience in food preparation, pastry, bakery or hospitalityStrong attention to detail and product presentationAbility to work in a fast-paced workplace and support customer experienceKnowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
