We are seeking an experienced and talented Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at the Beenleigh RSL & Golf Club.
As Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional dining experiences for our members and guests.
This full-time role is based at our club located in Mount Warren Park, Queensland.What you'll be doingManage all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, inventory control, and staff supervisionDevelop creative and innovative menus that showcase your culinary expertise and align with the club's brand and customer expectationsMaintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and customer serviceEnsure compliance with all food safety and health regulationsFoster a positive and team-oriented work environment for the kitchen teamParticipate in budget planning and cost control measures to maximise profitabilityRepresent the club at industry events and liaise with suppliers to stay up-to-date with market trendsWhat we're looking forExtensive experience as a Head Chef or in an equivalent senior culinary role,
