Our client is a world‐class manufacturing facility producing food and nutrition packaging, aerosol cans, and spray products used by leading brands across Australia and internationally.Due to ongoing demand, we are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Production Operators to join a welcoming and supportive team environment.Whether you have previous manufacturing experience or are looking for an opportunity to learn new skills and build a long‐term career, we encourage you to apply.About the RoleWorking as part of a close‐knit production team, you'll be involved in a variety of tasks that help keep the manufacturing process running smoothly and efficiently.Duties may include:Monitoring products on the production lineQuality checking finished productsPacking and sorting itemsMaintaining a clean and organised work areaFollowing safety and quality proceduresSupporting team production targetsThis role involves a combination of 8‐hour and 12‐hour shifts across both day and night rosters, including occasional weekend work.What We're Looking ForWe'd love to hear from candidates who are:Reliable,
