Join a team that's passionate about quality, sustainability and making a positive impact.What you'll doAs a Production Operator, you will play a key role in safely producing high-quality food products.In this role, you will:Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.Maintain high food safety and quality standards.Monitor equipment performance and support continuous improvement.Keep your work area clean, safe and organised.Complete shift handovers and work collaboratively to achieve production targets.What you'll bringWe're looking for people who are reliable, motivated and eager to learn.You will have:An interest in manufacturing or food production.A strong commitment to safety and quality.Positive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.The ability to follow procedures and work well in a team.Mechanical aptitude skills (desirable but not essential).
