We're looking for a highly organised and proactive junior project Assistant to join our team on a full time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a growing business.
Working closely with our Operations team, you'll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently by providing administrative and operational support across multiple areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Allocate and maintain project program boards
Order project materials and coordinate resource requirements
Prepare and collate project conformance and compliance documentation
Accurate data entry and maintenance of project records
Track project costs and assist with reporting
Coordinate employee, plant and equipment onboarding
Liaise daily with Project Managers, Supervisors and the Operations team
General project administration and office support
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Excellent organisational and time management skills




Strong attention to detail and accuracy
The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Confident computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel experience desirable)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and within a team
Experience in construction, civil, infrastructure or a similar industry is highly regarded but not essential.
