About the Role
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day fire protection service operations, ensuring technicians, clients and internal teams are aligned to deliver timely and compliant outcomes.
This role will suit an organised and proactive coordinator who enjoys working in a technical service setting and managing multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily scheduling and allocation of fire service technicians




Manage reactive and preventative maintenance workflows
Liaise with customers, technicians, contractors and internal stakeholders
Coordinate service bookings, job updates and completion reporting
Monitor technician workloads and ensure efficient resource allocation
Prepare quotations, purchase orders and service documentation
Maintain accurate records within service management systems
Support compliance documentation and reporting requirements
Assist with customer enquiries and issue resolution
Track job progress, KPIs and service delivery outcomes
About You
Previous experience in service coordination, scheduling or administration within a technical environment
Experience within fire protection, HVAC, electrical, mechanical services or facilities management highly regarded
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Excellent communication and customer service capability
Comfortable coordinating technicians and working with trade-based teams
Strong attention to detail and administrative accuracy
Experience with CRM, ERP or service management systems preferred
Proactive, reliable and solutions-focused approach
