As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Outbound Team Leader to help lead our online fulfillment warehouse team in Burleigh Heads and keep our outbound operations running smoothly.
This is a full-time position, 38 hours Monday to Friday, 7:30 am-4:00 pm Monday and 8:00 am-4:00 pm Tuesday-FridayReporting to the Warehouse Manager, you'll lead and coordinate our outbound warehouse team, ensuring high-volume orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time.
You'll play a key role in maintaining inventory integrity, meeting delivery deadlines, and driving continuous improvement across our outbound processes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and coordinate outbound warehouse staff, allocating daily tasks and monitoring performance against productivity and accuracy targetsOversee picking, packing, and dispatch of all outbound orders, ensuring correct labeling, documentation, and packagingSchedule and coordinate courier pickups, track shipments,
