Entry & Exit InspectionWork with BDM to get a handover of new managementsNo Trust AccountingFully Automated Property Management Work FlowsAbout You:Min 1 years plus of Property Management experienceOutstanding communication skills (verbal and written)Experience and knowledge of Property Me and Inspection ExpressUp to date understanding of all regulations and legislationCustomer service orientated with high attention to detailA professional working manner and personal presentationFast thinking and proactiveConfident with communicationThe desire for a career and not just a jobSense of Urgency with the ability to prioritizeA team player, we are all here to help each otherCurrent Queensland Real Estate RegistrationCurrent QLD Driver's LicenceWhat's on offer?
