We operate a modern fleet and pride ourselves on efficiency, team work and high service standards.We are seeking two Super Stars to support our Logistics Office in the overnight and weekend operations.
The role is essential in ensuring the fleet and drivers are prepared and positioned for the following days services.
The role also requires being on call after hours on the weekends,



responding to any urgent issues and also any non urgent patient transport calls and ensuring a timely resolution.Key Responsibilities Include:Monitoring vehicle movements and depot activityUpdating internal systems and maintaining accurate recordsSupporting emergency or last minute schedule changesEnsuring a timely resolution to any after hours callsEnsuring a smooth handover to the day operations teamWhat We're Looking For:Strong organisational and problem solving skillsAbility to work independently during overnight or weekend hoursClear and qualified communication skillsBasic computer literacy (scheduling systems, emails and reporting)The ability to work autonomously and as part of a teamExperience in Logistics, transport and fleet coordination is desirable, but not essential
