you will have broad range of responsibilities including:Processing and managing a high volume of supplier invoicesRaising invoices as requiredPerforming bank reconciliationsManaging the accounts inbox and responding to queries in a timely mannerLiaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve account enquiriesIdentifying and resolving invoice and payment discrepanciesAssisting with ad hoc finance and administrative duties as requiredIdeal candidate for this role:2+ years' experience as an Accounts Payable Officer or in a similar finance rolePrevious experience working in a high-volume accounts payable environmentExperience using ERP systemsStrong attention to detail and excellent organisational skillsThe ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlinesClear and confident communication skills, with the ability to build solid relationshipsA proactive approach with the initiative to take ownership of your work
