This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys working across finance and administration in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
You'll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the business while providing professional administrative support to both internal and external stakeholders.Immediate commencement is available for the right candidate.About the RoleThis is a hands-on position that requires strong finance knowledge, exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Your responsibilities will include:Accounts payable and accounts receivable processingBank, supplier and customer reconciliationsProcessing financial transactions accurately and efficientlyMaintaining financial records and supporting documentationResponding to supplier and customer account enquiriesReception duties, including answering phones and greeting visitorsGeneral office administration and document managementSupporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the officeAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will be highly organised and committed to delivering accurate, high-quality work.




You will enjoy working in a hands-on manufacturing environment, building strong relationships with colleagues, customers and suppliers while ensuring finance and administrative processes are maintained to a high standard.Essential RequirementsA minimum of 3 years' experience in a finance or accounting administration roleStrong knowledge of finance processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and reconciliationsExcellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracyStrong organisational and time management skillsThe ability to prioritise competing deadlines and work autonomouslyExcellent communication and customer service skillsA positive attitude and willingness to be part of a collaborative teamAbility to maintain confidentiality.Current Driver's Licence.DesirableExperience using M1 ERP Software.Experience processing payroll or supporting payroll functions would be advantageous.Experience using accounting or ERP software (M1 experience highly regarded)Experience working within a medium to large manufacturing environment.Why Join Obieco?
