About the roleReporting to the Shared Services Manager and as part of a team of six,
you will play an important role in keeping HR processes moving smoothly and ensuring information is captured accurately and on time.Support Recruitment Specialists throughout the hiring process to deliver a positive candidate experienceTrack the completion of new hire compliance and ongoing employee compliance activities using ZiplinePrepare offer letters using DayforceReview and process employee lifecycle changesRespond to general HR enquiries through the HR inbox and direct contact, providing first-level guidance to employees and people leadersAssist the broader HR team with probation reviews, performance reviews, terminations, learning activities and general HR mattersAbout youYou are a confident administrator who enjoys working with systems, processes and people.
You take pride in accuracy, follow through on tasks and understand the importance of confidentiality when handling employee information.Minimum 2-3 years' experience working within a recruitment or human resources teamExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships internally and externallyStrong computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn new systems; HRIS experience will be highly regarded.
