Air Conditioning Technician - Leading Hand
An exciting new opportunity has opened up within our Brisbane based company!
Ehlerth Electrical is seeking a qualified full-time Air Conditioning Technician to support our growing air conditioning division.
We are looking for an enthusiastic tech who can help lead our installers on new commercial HVAC systems in pubs, clubs and schools.
Ehlerth is an established electrical company that, over the last 12 months, has moved from domestic air conditioning to commercial work, repairs, and a larger volume of replacements.
We are looking to grow our AC side to the scale of our electrical team, which currently consists of over 40 staff.
This would be a great opportunity for someone looking to get in at an early stage of a growing HVAC company and have their touch on the growth, directions and how we establish ourselves as a leading air conditioning company.
We are also open to providing an electrical apprenticeship to the right candidate, as a portion of our work will require working with our electrical team.
As our air conditioning section continues to grow, we are after a tech that can help support us with larger commercial jobs.
You will need to take pride in your work & tools of the trade, have outstanding customer service skills and be well presented.
Be a great team player, but are also motivated and can take initiative to work well on your own.

To be considered for the role you will possess the following qualities and skills:
Cert 3 in air-conditioning and refrigeration
Experience with commercial VRV and Package unit systems.
The ability to deal with multiple customers
Exceptional problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and time management skills
Commitment to client satisfaction with a strong customer service focus
Self-motivated and able to work independently
OHS Construction Induction Card
Hold a current manual drivers licence
