ganaches and fillingsBe able to work under time restrictions unsupervisedunderstand quality and importance of consistencyWhat to expect:decorating multiple special occasion cakes, including multiple layers and custom creationsHandling and prepping foodingredientsAssisting with standard kitchen dutiesand cleaningUse various decorations and techniques to decorate cakes, including buttercream skills, piping and achieving smooth edges on stacked cakesBaking and icing cakes, cupcakes, slices and brownies for our retail storemeasuring and cutting of slicesHave full knowledge of food handling and food safetyDay shifts only, 5 days a week.
